Sound knowledge base of important innovations in BPM

The “Innovative BPM Body of Knowledge” expert group focuses on building a solid knowledge foundation for important innovations in business process management (BPM). By looking at organization, change management, business models and knowledge exchange, fundamental perspectives on the structuring and management of business processes are explored. The group develops strategies and methods for change management, analyzes business models in the context of BPM and promotes efficient knowledge sharing to support continuous improvement and innovation in business processes.
