S-BPM ONE — 10th International Conference, S-BPM ONE 2018, Linz, Austria, April 5-6, 2018, Proceedings

S-BPM ONE 2018 was the 10th conference of the established S-BPM ONE series on innovative approaches to process management. This anniversary edition was dedicated to ‘Subject: Digital Organization’, emphasizing S-BPM as system development paradigm meeting organizational needs, in particular with respect to digitization initiatives and value creation in increasingly complex and networked work and business settings. Continuing discussions on smart environments in energy, mobility, and health management, S-BPM concepts and tool developments have been challenged and developed further. For the first time, S-BPM ONE had invited not only contributions from pertinent BPM research topics, but also brought together researchers, educators, practitioners, and consultants in focused workshops.
