Defining the resources used in a business process

Each subject in a subject-oriented process specification has to be executed by an appropriate resource. Such resources can be humans, physical devices (actors, sensors), computer programs, or combinations of such entities. One concept to define the available resources, their relationships, and the embedding of the process (assigning resources to subjects) can be defined by Graph-based access control (GBAC) (see Wikipedia Graph-based access control – Wikipedia). The details of the combination of GBAC and Subject-Orientation will be the subject of further research.

A first impression of a GBAC implementation can be seen in the following videos (in German).
