I2PM Expert Group: Physical and Hands-On Modeling of Processes
The “Modeling Table” expert group focuses on modeling business processes in a tangible way. Through the use of physical models, complex processes are made understandable, especially in relation to IT controlling, program development, IT governance and workflow management. The group helps to improve the understanding of digital transformation and its impact on business processes by using physical models as a visual aid for complex ideas and concepts.
